    *cough* we got barely a 12hrs support *cough*

    Too good Alente is kinda "no lifer" and stays online for many many hrs to support us :)

    man there are 11 AMs..just think that if they were from different time zones than can be on the forums at turns..2-3 hours each..but they are mostly from the same time zone so there are 5 gms on at the time..and sometime none..

    i know some gms are doing a good job but they are not enought...
    i found many flyers /speed/sensor hacks in heiron in 5 minutes...

    alente is the only "GM" on the other side of the world. Too bad he does more stuff related to deving, forums, and admin support than catching people or doing events.

    Should hire more people from different time zones who truly want to be helpful (not the case for certain GMs right now D:)

    because karissa's staff management skills are too good for that. Plus, doing that would make it blatantly obvious which GMs are not doing their job *whistling*

    Either way, Lumiel barely has any GMs, we basically mainly have Adieuu really after Sanctus left. The others do pop in from time to time, and take a visit. <3

    Although, you're asking this question because you notice different players hacking, and assume there are no GMs to ban them/take action? If that's the case, you should consider downloading fraps or any other recording program in order to help them out, really.

    11 GMs are not enough for 2K~ players. And they have to dedicate time to both servers, so cut them some slack and help them out. The admins will possibly hire new staffs, and perhaps replace some, as it's prolly a good thing to do.

    You never know, but until then, some help from the community itself would be nice. o.o

    Biggest aion Pserver community has the less GMs and the most of them are not pretty active... Funny stuff xD
