    BS , this guy is not at an internet cafe , he's at his house , he has items.pak etc , internet cafe does not allow u to download stuff.

    but even if it's so , it's illegal. (and btw , dont all the computers in an internet cafe have the same IP)

    PROXY Voting , Please ban this noob , if not ban i will do it too >.< i can go to internet cafe and pay 10 cents to play 1 min and vote only , come on!!!!!!

    i already got 3-4 accounts with chars , my old accs that i abandoned

    True , no racism pls , i know some very good pinoy guys , and they all have good manners , they call you "sir" .. nobody else does. they are always honest.
    But this one is an exception.... he thinks he is smart...
    btw i got 4 pcs too , my parents have 2 and me 1 , my brother 1.. tried to vote to see and the IP is the same , he uses proxies... ban!
