Edit: Yeah it does depend on how rather than what. I'll post another point on a situation which indeed is a lie, but atm I have a toothache.

old times ha....... me and my friend were just talking about it last night... there wasnt so much hackers around GMs were really active there wasnt any ABG op set... right now duels are 3second with this OP set >.> old times there was much better everything... with the way we are going im afraid the future of gamez aion, to many hackers around so low number of GMs almost no event only stupid mat questions,... its mostly hack wars now when no GM is online....

Yes, it's a lie. Being aware of something does not change it's nature. That'd be a catch 22. Just like saying It's not murder if the person getting murdered knows it's happening.

 

First off lying isn't comparable to murder... although I get what you're saying, my point is, is telling a lie(Which is an act of deception), still considered lying if everyone knows it's a lie, thus, no one was deceived?
