No worries. Go ahead and ban my account. If you guys have any balls keep this thread here. I just spoke to American Express and I am getting all my money back from all donations I have made. If the admins from this server cannot act like decent people and are going to behave in a vindictive manner I am freely leaving and will find another server on which to play. To Noble, the best legion on this server, I will miss you guys. To the admins on this server, I hope you all learn how to run a business, as your customer service sucks. I bet I get banned faster than they responded to my response for my items.

I think the GM's and the admin are busy with the 2.0 thing..
but still its their responsibility to help players in gamez...
I know It's annoying not to be seen but a time will come..

I have been waiting 12 days. I don't care if their heads are sewn to the floor. You do not ignore paying customers. I have owned and run a business for 12 years and never in my life would I simply ignore someone. Apparently, manners don't count when you are online. Notice, that American Express responded instantly to my request to have my money returned. They didn't say, well wait or ignore me, their response to my request was immediate.

 

This is sad.. 1 good donator has left the game.
