Well dont know about others but mine was already checked by a GM and found to be legit so im just waiting for an upper gm or admin :S

Only Senior level and above GMs can investigate missing/lost/stolen/scammed/etc item cases. There are only 3 SGMs right now.

I you often switch items back and forth using the account warehouse its possible that it may go missing. I once had my ABG spear disappear from my inventory, but Alente said that according to the logs it was still in my inventory and luckily it came back after I logged out for a few hours.

 

mine wasnt in the warehouse nor inventory, after Deartrust did the trade i equipped it and went to pvp at heiron, dueled for a while then logged out, when i logged in next day i had no bow equipped nor in inventory, i even checked my warehouse and it wasnt anywhere and no one knows my info
