    Looks like a bin32 issue? I could be wrong but try deleting your bin32 and repairing it, or replacing it..

    i finished repairing the client... now this is up

    and when i log back in i get a "your already logged in" message then, the same happens

    Check your PM Mr.speedster.
    All I can say if you really are dying to play is to redownload a version 1.9 and install it.
    No point in repairing it if this repeats.

    And if you're already logged in, use the character unstuck on the last character you use or wait until the next server reboot.

    2.0 is out on Thursday... I'd wait for that instead. :p
