Anyways I'm dl'ing the 2.0.0.2 Full client in case anything happens..

 

The doom day is not close yet :wink:

 

Download the 2.0.0.3 client as that is what the server will be at

 

there isn't one yet..

 

The retail is at 2.0.0.4.

I just downloaded the 2.0.0.3 client by using the NcSoft patcher

 

mine won't pass 2.0..
I checked the client version using the NCLauncher.. 2.0.0.0 =/

 

im in the process of updating. mines says 1.9.0.3 to 2.0.0.0

 

How weird? Go to your Aion folder within your computer and see if their any patch files indicating 2.0.0.3 or even 2.0.0.4

Do you have it set to Europe or North America?

NA should be what it is set to, but it may of defaulted back

I actually have the EU version of the game but it still works fine.
Although having the 2.0.0.4 version of the client may cause issues for me, but this is just to show that you can indeed update past 2.0

 

its set to North America. im ready to expect worse case scenerio which is uninstalling everything and start from scratch while i sleep.

LOL guess what, I am trying to uninstall on my laptop right now, and it isn't doing anything! This is going to be a mess!

 

Yesterday I left ncsoft launcher downloading the game all night, when i woke up in the morning, I noticed the launcher had an unknown exception (Error), i restarted it, and it started to download the game again from 0% ....

I f***ing gave up downloading the 2.0 client >_<

 

so im assuming after my current update, it'll update to 2.0.0.x? so what if i click automatically download updates and let me apply them? this way i can just choose to apply the 2.0.0.3 file. if successful i can upload it for every1. im not sure if it works like that though

At any rate, I'll try TORRENT, it's more reliable than direct download, the bad thing that's the download speed SUCKS, but oh well.

We need the 2.0.0.3 client as stated by Alente, but downloading this and updating to 2.0.0.3 could probably be done

 

looks like we have to find a way to update the game to 2.0.0.3 without update to 2.0.0.4(were the ploblem is).

 

actually i dont think it matters if its 2.0.0.3 or 2.0.0.4 as long as its 2.0.x.x. Alente just said let your client update to the latest version. at the time he made the announcement it was 2.0.0.3 for him. i remember readin a thread bout the 1.9 patch a while ago and it said it doesnt matter wat version of 1.9 it was as long as it was 1.9.x.x. i guess we just need to wait for the server update and possibly download a new launcher (just in case) and see
