problem in broker money reset

hi im in this morning with my char register 4 things in broker 1 bilon each all worth 4 bilon when i back i see its sold and i see -94.232.222 something like that i pick the money and i didnt got anything i lost all my money + my items now again with my elyos char DracoMaster i place 3 items 1 blion each 3 bilon all and i see now

please admin help me i want my item or my money back and why its happen i really need help i lost 7 bilon in 1 day ;s

 

ohh me to i lost pants anuhart plate gladiator+15 greaves anu+15 and tahabata spear +15 lost kinah 9kkk gm help me tahabata enhant nanastones ful critic, anuhart set full parry and more im plaing gladiator
