Help Please? :o

Im done Updating the client into 2.0 without having any Errors.

However, all of my main account's characters are gone.
Whats happening? what to do? whats not to do?

I was waiting for 2days for it to be fixed & replies from GMs... but no, I didnt got any answers.

 

Sure you selected the correct server? I know this is in the crystal section but this could have been a mistake too.

 

Try asking about the database issue an Admin

check in the pages and see if your caracters are there still

yes, Im sure it was the correct server :S

It first happened to my main account, so i though that its just some sort of bug so I sent a help support email but i still havent got replies. I also did try the repair thingy.

all my other accounts seems to be alright but later on they disappeared too Q__Q

I checked the pages in the website. The charcters are gone, but when i vote for them, it still counts i think; since it didnt show the "Character donot exist".

 

Very interesting. Post your account name (NOT password) and all character names you lost and maybe a GM can check into this.

Also go to the main website and log in, hit USER CP and check to see if your characters are there too.

Ok but you posted this problem under the Crystal server forums..

Just to let you know Siel and Lumiel are Gamez's high rate servers both ran under same log in server (same user name password works for both server).

Make sure you are connecting to the correct server, as well as logging into your USER CP on the main website .

If nothing works go to the Gamez server forums under problems and post your problem there with full detail whats going on as well as your user name (NOT password) and all character names you have lost.

 

@Raik3n - The database issue as an Admin seems to be fine, since i didnt had bugs or errors when i did the update. after the update, i played for couple of hours & also did some quests. but later on after having a break... when i logged in agian, its gone :S

Siel is also the server for Crystal. We only have one server and that is the main one : ).

 

wait FuRiouS, when i log-in... it automatically suggest Siel. and when i press "OK" it automatically sends me there. Anyway, imma look again. Thanks for explaining. Im new in this server & forum thingy, so Im quite nubish of stuffs here :3

oh wait Selik, my bad... The charcters are still there in the Control panel of the website. But when i logged in again still nothing

Umm.. I'm online on Crystal. It hasn't gone down at all. Try again maybe?

but now i got a caution thingy it said... "???"

 

You only get the caution ??? from having both Elyos and Asmodians on same account.

 

I did nothing at all. It must have randomly fixed itself.

I was looking into it when it must have finally started working.

As Ashtar said though, the ??? Is nothing to really be concerned with for now. Just an Elyos/Asmo thing.
