Issues with Launching

Hi, ive been trying to find parts of the threads wherein issues with 2.0 are being discussed.
All i have been finding are installation issues, update issues, item pak issues, bin32 issues.

My problem is after launching the game after I updated. It boots to the black screen then does not get to the daeva wallpaper before the log in screen. (waterfall screen)

It just give me an error failed to launch, or sometimes its "Client not responding".
Can any1 help me with this?
