    my friend want to give me this helm and he cant trade it with me.
    He can trade taha spear and anuhart items.. why he cant trade the helm in me/???

    Because, it's set to no trading, of course. Courtesy of it being blocked server-side.

    Just do the quest yourself really, all you have to do is talk to the shugo in Sanctum and go to Tigraki Island to get it. o-o

    Ask your friend there's an untradable mark or not. I highly doubt it's not there.

    The items.pak given by Alente, appears everything to be tradeable, nothing soul-bound, everything storeable, yadayada.

    He also said, it's all enabled on the items.pak but it's limited server-side to prevent certain stuff, review his posts till you find it if you want.

    It also said that to be able to do that quest you must do pre-quests, and I don't really know what are those...
