Regarding the new item.pak.

At least no one would be screwed over in the end, everyone has that fresh start. No room to complain, plus your a high-rate server too.

I agree with brain, We need 1 free trade weekend, with the donation system put on hold for 48 hours. Allow people to fix their issues, prevent charge backs. Profit?

 

Agreed, maybe next weekend so people KNOW that next weekend will be the time they can trade. They will have a weeks notice in advance. Disable paypal for awhile until its done , you'll have the community happy then.

Charge backs = risk of losing paypal account = losing server.

I.E. Massive charge backs = no server

That's not the thing though. If we wipe the server people who donated will want a refund. If we get massive refunds then we can possibly lose the server.

Alente , how come the staff was able to put up with months of duping/scamming/ etc. Now that we ask for a few days or so to retrieve gear/ etc , its not possible because of scamming and such?

 

Scammers :

We should keep the same thing as we had before, pics or gtfo.


Dupers :

Sending a log to a GM, to get their real item back, and ban the user theygot duped from. If he dosent have the log that he received the item, and a log that proofs he didnt hide this gear somewhere.

Vote Abusers :

Nothing to say about it, i might do the same sh!t, and then be recruited as a GM.

If they wipe the server, people will refund to the point where the server will close down, meaning everyone will be screwed. There will be no more Gamez high rate.

This is what I was just speaking to a friend about too. They manage to keep it up for that long, now we have a perfect good reason for it to stay open a week longer, yet it cannot happen. A 1 week of supposing duping isn't going kill the server. >_>, such a morally bad choice to do this way.
