Disconnect when connecting to Siel

Like the title says. I get disconnected when I try to connect to Siel. I have always been playing on Siel and I have 5 characters on Siel but now I can't connect. I read that there is a player limit on there now? If I am being forced to play on Lumiel because of a player limit that's alright by me but I don't want to start all over because all of my characters and investments are on Siel. So....now what?

 

What is happening to you when to attempt to connect, like are you getting an error?

P.S, you updated to 2.0.0.4 yes etc?

I am now repairing Aion. And yes I just updated to 2.0.0.4. Installed the new GamezAion patcher. The repair is almost done so Ill try again when it's done. But I dunno if it fixes it.

EDIT:
It's working now. Just needed to repair it after the update to 2.0.0.4. Everything is working now. =)

Are you entering the character select screen for lumiel before trying to connect to siel? because that causes crashes.

 

That happened to me if I switched from Lumiel to Siel in 1 session. Dunno about others.

Most of the time it is to do with BattlePing, just restart it and it should work.

Othertimes it is due to the server crashing, which it has done recently

 

Having the same issue right now, tried repairing and I've restarted comp and the game about 10 times, still nothing, just have to wait it out?
