Help please

Ok well I need help getting passed the server picking screen. (East and West)

You see I can log on but when i choose a server my game shuts down and says,
"No game server is available to the authorization server."
Don't get me wrong I did read the "common solutions" which told me "You are missing files necessary to connect, please Download and Reinstall the Launcher Installer again."

My question is switch launcher installer the NcSoft or Gamez Aion? If its the Gamez Aion launcher then I have a problem because when i click the link to download the (Gamez%20Aion%20Installer.exe) file It disappears right after it finishes downloading. I've tried 3 different search engines firefox, Google Chrome, and the regular Explorer nothing works. My friend tried to send me the .exe file as well over msn It downloads and then disappears. So im unable to run it to receive the files.

Because of this I got my friend to sent me the files heres what they look like.

Do I necessarily need the (Gamez%20Aion%20Installer.exe) file in the Aions folder as well or just those files?

By the sounds of it, the server is down when your trying to connect

 

What Operation system are you using?

Best advice to be honest is to just delete/Uninstall all AION folders and NCsoft folders from computer and the Gamezion client.

Download NCsoft Client, get that to download Aion fully. Will take awhile but yeah...

Then download Gamezaion client, Install and that should just sort it out.

P.S: Someone also told me (Person above) Something else. Have you tried to connect today? cos like Sycth said, it maybe because when the servers have been down when you tried to connect.

If thats the case.. before taking my advice, Just do a Repair through NCclient. Uninstall the Gamezion client and then reinstall!

 

well my friend signed on my account fine so the server was up.
I'm using windows xp and ahh i cant uninstall gamezaion but i wasnt even able to install it in the first place when i clicked the link to download the .exe form it disappears, totally gone from my computers existence I search for it and its no where to be found my friend sent me the .exe file over msn I chose to save it to my desktop this time so i can see what happens. When in process of downloading it appears on my desktop and then when it finishes the download it just disappears.. so i have no idea what to do..

 

Are you clicking 'Save'?

Or is your anti-virus moving your download?

 

Sorry Gamezaion is just an exe you just click.. its not installable.. i forgot hahaha my bad!

@Sycth yes im clicking save and my anti virus is off well actually not 'save' more like a save as type thing where i choose where i want it to save I first put it on my aion folder and then tried my desktop

Does the NCSoft Launcher effect the (http://gamezaion.com/Gamez Aion Installer.exe)?

 

Save the file to your Desktop, then run that to install it.

It shouldnt remove itself from your Desktop if you save it

ok try resetting your download location, so with Firefox

Tools>Options>Save file to then choose your Desktop

I restarted my computer before doing this so no file is running i dont know what the "disk" is or what "write protected" means.

 

u need a launcher.bat file that have code like this:

You just need ip & port that gmaezaion using.Ask admin,alente for iport.

 

Well he/she isn't answering is there anywhere else I can get the ip and port? Where do I get a launcher.bat or how do I make my own?
