    Well if you are Elyos the 3 main cities outside of Sanctum are Verteron, Eltnen, and Heiron. I'm sure you've used teleporters before as that would be the only possible way you are level 55. The area that surrounds Verteron has Inina gatherables. They look like oyster shells on the ground.

    They start off at level 1 and gradually get higher around the sky. You will find level 1 and 25's around there. Just give it time and they respawn.

    Well the oysters would be on the ground. They can be found normally near the shores of the lakes. Just constantly walk around Verteron and you will start to notice them.

    Their are two right outside the front gate of Verteron on the pathway.
