Why is he unbanned?

+1 to you dude. Come on people we cant let this pass again. Banhammer shouldnt have friend exceptions.

 

this guy is not clearly hacking it seems he was using a skill which increases speed? also it depends on your wings they can actually increase your spee dude so not a hack

 

I dunno who left the ban, this case is worth investigating.
If he really is a hacker, he will be banned ^^
I will pass the case to sanctus since he is the one banned him at first place

Thanks a lot for that. I do believe only sanctus can decide as he was the one that banned him. I just hope his judgement wont be affected by others trying to convince him.

the "proof" was a crap quality 6 second vid, Im sorry but thats not good enough, if you can get a decent quality vid for about 30+ seconds that shows him or ANYONE for that matter consistently pulling or attacking faster or whatever then by all means post it,

can't you see that in one second he goes 2m away from the AM?in 30sec he will be about 35m+ ahead of the AM that takes the video.you want more proof?

Anyways, people wanted GMs to further investigate cases when they do them, so when he carried out this ban I felt 6 seconds wasn't enough evidence, and investigated it from all sides(the video that is) and found our skill didnt give us capped flight speed.

 

maybe not quite 30, but still 6 seconds at 480P to prove that was a hack

get a longer vid and make it at least 720P quality

 

Should this whole topic actually have been in PMs seeing it rather questions a GMs choices or decisions.

It smells really fishy, but I truly do not believe he was hacking as he is an old player and probably has lots of good gear.
