    they do support, problem is alot of them are in different time zones. for instance right now its 9:00 am here

    I would take a screenshot of the transaction record when you bought the costume. The transaction log will prove to GMs that you bought it. A GM on Gamez will hopefully be able to help you out.

    The only things I can suggest are:

    1. Make sure your inventory isn't full.
    2. Make sure you have the latest item pak.

    my friend buy it but he don't have last item pack, the gm if u want go to see my paiment and look i pay 750 credit but i don't riceved the costume
