    And, someone speed hacking won't show on a screen shot, copy paste the fight from your logs, so GMs can check up on him, seeing that's insufficient evidence as well. Speedhack relating reports always have to be recorded using Fraps or xFire or anything else you know.

    OP, you need more proof than a screenshot of your in game chatlog to prove there was attack speed hacks, you'll have to pull the fight out of your chatlog, or next time fraps it, as it's the best way to prove there was attack speed hacks involved.
