wtf is multi voting?? im very annoyed reading this kind of response.. if people didnt tired for voting and voting again.. so why we have a vote reward.. remove that! so i cant read sh!t liek this..

its a very good idea.. christmass is coming i have many friends in abroad playing here.. and they want to gift me a credits.. this should be gone...

'Multi-voting' or otherwise known as 'Proxy Voting' can be done by using a Proxy website among other things to allow the user to vote multiple times on the same account which is against the rules.

Players also use different 'Net Cafes' to do this, his comment is valid and there is no such need for you to flame him.
This would just make a user (If they wanted) to create multiple accounts and vote on each one using a different IP/Cafe etc for each account and then the user could just 'Gift' the credits/new items to that account therefore making the serverside disable of high value gear trades redundant.

I think you were getting confused by him saying 'Multi-voting' which you may of thought meant someone voting multiple times on one account, instead of what he actually meant.
