Strengthen Wings IIncreases Flight Speedby 10%, Immobilization Resist by 500, and Reduce Speed Resist by 500, and enables flight without consuming flight time.This skill enables flight without consuming flight time... But the flight time don't stop consuming when the skills buff is activate...

 

I like it bugged, it breaks out of roots :>

 

Yeah I noticed this also when I played on Gamez xD. It has always been like that but like CakeBaker said it is really useful for breaking out of roots and what not.

 

I'm pretty sure it's supposed to do that.

Removes all magical movement impairing debuffs, and increases Flight Speed by 10%, Root by 500, Snare by 500 for 1 min, and enables flight without consuming flight time.

Yeah it would be nice to get it fixed. Hopefully it can be eventually.

 

Abyss pots + npc 12 second flight pots and you'll never run out of flight time.
