Well, when u are gliding and during it u press the key 'W' or the upper arrow to go faster in front then the animation changes and the wings look to be in V position... So, it's not flying but gliding

if the wings were bend, it is definitely flying, but its not, can't tell for sure

 

Okies, here is the proof of my hteory that this guy was gliding (-click on the pics to see them full-size-)

1. I went to the test area and got some chinese 2 letters crap



2. I started to glide, the normal way as we all usually do





3. I tried to press 'W' key and here are the results of the animation how it looks like @.@
(-many SS to proof that it's gliding wat the other guy is doing and not flying-)














~As u can see, from the shape of the wings muy theory is correct and this guy is innocent >
