    if you want to craft it, you need crit +12 for it I think..

    I think you need regular Crit Strike + 12 or 13 ( i dun remember the exact number ) manastones & with a high level alchemy you can fuse a few of those lesser crit manastones to +17s

    farming crit +17 is easier than crafting it here in gamez.. believe me

    i didnt check that npc.... o_O

    you can farm lvl60 manastones everywhere on gelkmaros/inggison.... i think on thos lvl3 or 4 mobs.... just explore the whole map.... :D
