Donated for ABG Spear . Upgrading then dissapeared.

I donated 2k Points Just 1 hour ago!
I bought a ABG Spear. Screenshot is is here when i have it.

Okay i was upgrading the item When it got+8 i tryed to go +9 And this happend to me..

So can anyone help me out i tryed to relog it never came back!
Kinda feel angry now cause i spended real money on nothin

U can also check my account no ABG spear on it .. Check logs all u want.

So i kinda lost my +8 ABG Spear.. Was farming stones for a couple of hours at the corb getting owned cause im a new guy by alot of Asmo's..
And then if inaly got some stones to upgrade with and POOF
It Dissapeared on +8

 

Have alente trace the item since it has a unique signature.
If its no where in the database, then it will be restored.
If its with sum1 elses character, then its gone.

 

just as the person above me said, also just notify a SAM and they might give you your items back. i have had this happen to me aswell. but it was deleted after a GM spawned my item to my inventory. a slippery bug crawling around in shadow walk ;]

 

Yeah i hope some GM Can help me out with this.
And how can it be on a other Account 1st. The ABG Spear +0 i bought with real money is not Tradable. 2nd I had it for just 1 hour or smtn Cause i just donated for it Went to farm Stones at the abbys right away.
Then i tryed to upgrade it and it dissapeared on +8 :X
So the item is just Deleted by some weird glitch or bug..
I know gm's can see almost everything cause im a GM on a diffrent game.

Maybe you used extract tool instead of enchant stone. =/

 

Look at the Screenshots,
I used Enchanting stone..
It says Failed to Enchant ABG Spear bla bla bla..
Then it Dissapeared... U cant see anything in chat abour Received stones bla bla . thingie.
I am 100% Sure.. It dissapeaerd when it was done enchanting. And also my a friend of me just got the same problem with a Assasin Armor piece he was upgrading on the same time.

 

I can confirm this, and im the friend that lost the boots but its not as important as this item tough.

Yeah maybe he used EXTRACTION TOOL! . . . Maybe that is. . . . . . . . . . . . Hmmn. . .when u wr excited to upgrade u forgot, u click the extraction tool and then u used it to ur abg. . . .Ouch ur 2k become a lvl 55 + stone thats bad.

 

Well as you stated if you are willing to show proof that you donated for the spear with the donation log then you'll probably get the spear back

 

Do you think if i spend real cash i dont look good enough that i click on the stone? And i said watch the Screenshot i posted u aint see anything about Obtained "Stones "

I spended real money on that item and i upgraded it Carefully.
Prob to carefully cause it Dissapeared out of my sight.
Same thing with raising children haha

Yeah , if they need the proof i can give them.. no problem..
Hopefully i get it back yeah xD Cause else i would stop playing it hink.. I pay for smtn that just Dissapears without a reason. And my mate got the same problem. So he used a Extraction tool also? lol haha..

Haha, someone did use an extraction tool before by mistake on an ABG weapon. It HAS happened before. But you should get it back. Good luck
