lol nice but 13 ping not possible, you must have just logged in game and the ping is never correct. I bet if u did /ping at least 3 more times after that we would see your true ping. OR another possible way is that you are hosting the server on your computer (easy to do ^^)

 

thats what i did lol and testing it+fixin some bugs that annoy me in gamez nvm im out for testing
