[Sanctus] Give me suggestions

It seems that some people aren't happy with me and the way I do my job. There has been some drama lately, and it seems that instead of easing it, I've actually had quite the contra effect on it.

I am sure there is more to say on that subject, but that isn't the point of this thread. I'm just going to get down to brass tacks.

To everyone who has an opinion: What can I do better as a GM/Mod?

The suggestions in this thread should only regard me, and what I do. Do not bring up issues regarding other staff into this thread. Try to be constructive, or at least eloquent in your criticisms towards me. Please only serious suggestions/comments. No flames, etc.

I really just want to know what I can improve on to make you guys happier. If any of you guys feel the need to ask a question that is perhaps inappropriate for this thread, I encourage you to send me a PM. I'll answer all PMs I get to the best of my ability.

You guys are right, I should amp up my activity level a lot. I should probably make a schedule that way people can know when to expect me online.

 

yeah, thats better idea... and do alternate unique events during your schedule....

Dont act high and mighty with ur GM and Mod powers. Just because ur able to close threads and such doenst mean u need to go in and then say something like Im a GM, Im right, your wrong, deal with it or gtfo.

Also make sure your evidence against suspected hackers is 100% sufficient to warrant a ban. A 6 second crap quality 480p vid just doesn't cut it

 

Sanctus feel free to use this template for your new signature , i think it will suit you very good and wont be as disturbing as your last. Im not a photoshop pro or i would have filled it in better .

Regardless of the evidence I post up, I do make a habit stalk suspected people for a while. So what you guys see is maybe only 1/100th of what I see.
However, sure, I can make longer videos if its what people want.

I don't think I've received any PMs from you in game or on the forums? As far as working with Adieu goes, well, that is up to her. Also she'd need her position as AM back (though I dont think that would be very difficult for her to achieve).

 

How about not being in invisible mode?

 

It's a bug, some players are showing up as invisible for me, and Alente hasn't showed up as online in weeks.
