We killed 2 Raid bosses yesterday. I got 2 Emails but I dced.

    heya yesterday we we killed 2 raid bosses in the abbys
    I received 2 emails..
    I disconnected ..
    Then when ir elogged i still had the emails
    But no Gold Or Silver Medals in it..
    They were gone o_O
    and also im still waiting for my ABG spear to get Recovered..

    Its a bug I believe where if you dont claim your medals before you log, or get disconnected they will disappear from your mail.

    I'm not sure but if I had to guess I'd say no. Its just one of those things you have to understand and work hard to make sure it does not happen again. I'd make sure you check your mail imediately after every siege to avoid this situation again.

    since you were aware on this kind of bug, let me say that if you kill again another boss on fortress and after killing it you will recieve 2mails. First mail is 1gold medal and the second one are 3silver medals... After recieving that mails dont ever relog or close the game entirely so it your medals will not disappear... Just open your mails after killing it and take all the medals for its safety.....

    I dont think its a matter or relogging or no, since we all experienced receiving empty mails even without reloging.

    are you sure alex? but mine after we kill bosses i immediately go and get my mails for its safety and my medals are there and its not empty.... well, lucky me....

    When you get the mail go check it ASAP, because the longer you wait the less likely medals will be in there. I had one infuriating time when I checked my mail and had 3 shipments of medals that were completely empty. I dont thing relogging had anything to do with it either.
    So as soon as the guardian is dead and u get the mail. Get to the nearest mailbox and check it
