why cant i use some skills like blaze?

 

from which class is that skill?

 

It's a chain skill. Which means you have to use Flame Bolt before you can use Blaze.

It depends on the class you are and the skill you're trying to use. Some are chain skills which means they can only be used after the preceding skill in the chain was used. Others require DP from either killing similar level mobs or by using DP jelly, and a lot of the DP skills have long CDs. Other skills are simply bugged and either don't work properly or not at all

 

im not familiar with that skill bcoz i only played all class except SM & Sorc...

 

Oh, just wanted to add that there are also some that appear in the first 9 levels, but then you can't use them anymore because of the weapon you have equipped. Like in rangers, they can't use the level 9 skills that require swords if they have a bow equipped.

 

and why doesnt do ice sheet do damage?

 

You need to select the area where you want the skill to be implemented. Just move your mouse over the area and click it.

Really? I've used this skill with a sorcerer I've got and it worked fine. I think you need to use it in an area that includes a mob?
