Green things and salivations all! I've played Aion before, but I've been gone awhile and am new to the private server scene, and i"ll confess, I have a few questions for you guys...or maybe it's just one question, I'm not sure yet LOL.

I'll admit to being a bit vain when it comes to my armor, and the dyes offered in Panda aren't my cup of tea. I remember Vinna Petals in Aion dyed my armor a nice midnight blue...are petals on this server? And do they have the same crappy drop rate that they had in the game (I remember it took close to 200 vinna nodes of harvesting before I got one once) if they do?

Another question I've been asking myself for the past few days is, what's the best way to catch up on armor seeing as I level so fast (I'm 36 and rising now)?

Any help would be appreciated!

ok first for the dye petals u have a high chance to take them not like on retail..that's why gamez is called a high rate server..but gms sometimes sell event dyes..and for ur armor just make 50 and then find a group and make DP(dark poeta instance)..u can take anuhart/taha there and the lvl 50 accessories..

yeah I saw Scythex(sp? Only saw the name once or twice) selling dyes yesterday, btu with the exception of hte black, white and red, the rest were dyes that were close tot eh ones sold in Panda...and I don't have 10m kinah...YET. I've always been a fan of the midnight blue, but thanks, I'll keep an eye out for it.

Now for another stupid newbie question along those lines. I went to Brusthonin for some harvesting grinding, but there were no nodes there...was I just bugged? Or are the few Asmo-only zones like Brust have no nodes at all? That was the best place to get Theonia and Vinna.

Dark Poeta...oh gods I remember that place...tbh I don't think I ever finished that zone on retail, it's been a good year since I played. I do remember my legion leader ranting about it constantly, and I think retail has my permanent corpse there...so this should be fun.

One last question. How is the legion scene here?

Hello and welcome to the community! Like ciufpuf said, its not hard to gather petals. I like the wiki petal myself. Gms do sell event dyes and sometimes give them for event prizes as well. Have fun playing!

 

idk about ur petals cauz i don't collect/craft anymore..dp is very easy with a group here u can finish it in less than 30 minutes..and depends of the side u are for the legions..ely are lazy and like to duel here and asmo like to pvp more..ely zerg and asmo pwn^^

Thanks for the welcome guys, y'all are 100 times friendlier than retail is, for sure. I've done fort raids and whatnot (Still have a screenie somewhere of the first artifact my legion took), but the pvp there was a bit...slanted. It's actually one of the reasons why I left there.
I'm looking forward to running with y'all and getting to know the community!

yeah for some reason the ormea just didn't look right on my girls...my (then) boyfriend would laugh at me every time I got them. >< Wiki was the rose/pink colored ones? I can't remember.

LMAO Why yes, yes I do...hey had to explain it somehow! I'm not usually the "girly" type with the exception of desperately wanting my armor to match AND look good (sorry, old EQ1 pet peeve there), so...yeah...Vinna petals ftw.

Oh yeah, I promise not to feed the trolls, to get my sig made as soon as possible (that might take a bit though), and pass out sugar cookies whenever I have them. Did I miss anything?

Hello, and welcome to our server. First of all, yeah , there are petals here and the rate is not low like retail, Getting armour is pretty easy, just find yourself a party (Group) and head to DP, there you can get anuhart gear (Lvl 50 ) And lvl 50( acessories as well, get your gear to +15 by extracting some items, eldes is advised, and thats it . And remember, this is a PvP server, so people PvP alot ^^
