    They have already been applied.

    You need to purchase a Ticket from the Gamez Shop on the website and take it to the NPC.

    The only way to change your skin color and hair color is cosmetics. The hair spray and skin spray doesn't work...

    As Prestige stated, Sprays do not work so the only way is to buy a ticket.

    Just remake your character. All gear is transferrable via warehouse and leveling takes maybe an hour or two to hit 55.

    No point in wasting money on something to trivial, nor waiting for the heavens to bless you with a fix. Cause I'm pretty sure it won't happen for a while.
