Where can I get these?

Hi, gamezaion's enchanting is pretty messed up! I dont know why theyre not fixing the rates. So im wondering how can i purchase Greater Suplements (Eternal). I do know theyre from Lisimakos/Macar. But I cant seem to find my way to them. This way may be I can enchant better my Mastarius Spear. Help. Thanks

did u try "/where(Lisimakos" or "/where Macar"

(if u didnt know)
it shows u the location of npcs
