FIRST:
do you really sure, by block the access to make transaction for abyys item will solve the problem of the dupe?
we don't think so, all the duper will still got what they want. And then? The player who play fair and clean will get the impact.. This solution just hurting us..

SECOND:
Where is the problem with having 2 ID and vote for two ID at different IP?? is that ellegal?? if the answer is yes, so this is really weird. And if you all keep insist, why you not make an automatic announce which tell the player that they were forbidden to vote two IDs, even though in a different place started since the first and onward, if necessary, once every 1 hour.
Much player have 2 ID, or maybe just loan their equips to help their friends for lvling or get some AP and now they can't get the items back.
couse we not use any cheat or done something bad, so we need to be treated fairly.


THE SOLUTION:
It's ok if you still want to make that abyss item is absolutely untradeable for player, but help us to become a safe intermediary media to the transaction. You're GM, means you can check us and determine clean or not the item that want to be traded or transferred before help the process.

Thats why the method admin/GM used was like close door policy.
Stop the trading of ABG, so dupers cannot gave or sell their duped gears to scamm people.

 

I will only consider items be traded if they show proof that they donated for it.

Dupes are fixed with 2.0 AFAIK, but theyre still worried about multivoters and chargebacks. A lot of people used chargebacks and that caused a lot of problems with Carls paypal.
