yah, this is not retail, but they seem to be trying to go back to retail coding on spells, maybe is temp. But this how it was in retail 1 robe buff, 1 promise, and boon buffs cannot stack with 30sec cds ones like vail

they always QQ about sorce's DP skills... and now our buffs are ruin...
while those rangers and glads are more OP

 

Umm, We can do with out those buffs. And even the stack of boon with 30 sec buffs. I rarely even use those on pvp. Sure if there is group. I like to use the buff for some major power up on aoe. But other wise we have all what we need sorc still a force.

 

at least its fair now, no more instant cast cause a bug of stacking both....

They are not trying to make it "Like retail" they are trying to fix bugs while balancing classes out. Having the ability to instant cast every skill was never meant to be. It was a bugged and now its fixed, good riddance.
