is this item can accquire buy doing the Quest???

You start the quest by talking to Lavrintos in Sanctum. He's on the 2nd floor of Artisan's Hall/Protector's Hall. Its a multi-step quest, meaning you get a piece of the Miragent Set for completing each quest.

 

uuuuuh , yes it is a quest, 5 brutal quests for 5 pieces.

It can definitely take a while as this set in retail was quite rare and good. Also the title is really nice also for its Attack/Casting speed boost. The quest line itself will definitely take some time even on a high rate server like Gamez.
