All what i can say is, this is actually a false report, or you just got hijacked by someone.

1.) I saw the in-game time at the lower right corner. The time difference when you still had your items and when you "Logged back in" after you got "Disconnected" is quite far. Although it's only in-game time, the time required from morning to dawn is quite long. If you dc'ed at morning, youshould be logged back in at morning too, or at least at the afternoon, when the sun icon is on.
2.) Look at the helmets at warehouse. I saw 2 plate helmets there before incident, and after incident, i saw 3 plate helmets. It could be caused by the error, but reason number 1 breaks it.
3.) Before incident, you got your exp at full condition. But after incident, i saw your exp has been decreased, leaving "Recoverable" exp there. Which means your character were at somewhere else before you got back at that spot.
4.) The buff icon is disappeared after incident. That buffs should be still there if you were just DC, because those buffs won't disappear if you log out and if the remaining time is enough.

After those reasons, I can conclude that:
1.) Either you didn't log in immediately after you got DCed, or you were doing something else before taking the "After-incident" SS.
2.) If you didn't log in immediately after you got DCed, you might be hacked by someone. If so, GMs can't help you since ID hack is usually player's responsibility.

No no, the in-game time doesn't have anything to do with time region. It's server based, it's not related with real-life time.

And anyway, I'm not fully said that you were lying. There's an account hack possibilities, and yes the server's bug. Actually i got something to ask you. But i'll let GM to investigate this.

bro checking only the time won't do anything..

as you said there is really a gap between the time of morning and time of dawn..

but we don't know if neal log in when it's nearly dawn..

in game time won't do without the real time..

and checking on the SS if the items on his inventory have increase the number of items before DC to after DC..

before DC it was 64/72..

after DC it was 50something/72..

but you still have a point on your observations bro..

now if GM's can't fix this..

Gamez should check on the systems of gamezaion..

this kind of thing happened to me in rohan..

and i ask them to check on the systems of the game..

and that i will wait until they recover my items..

and i guessed that's what they did..

coz after 3months i got my accessories back..

Staff will never ask for your password, we don't log into the players accounts.

 

1 thing, some1 broke ur account, and keeps stealing what he can and deletes what he cant take, change ur pass as soon as possible

For one, you have given your account username out in this thread, it probably isnt hard for someone to figure out your password now.

and two, This sort of incident has happened before with a friend of mine but Alente came to the conclusion that his account was compromised and Gamez can't be held accountable for these sort of issues.

Your account security is down to you.

After my friend lost all his gear, i bought him ABG accessories with my own money, gave him a Taha +15 bow and a full Anuhart Ranger set, fully enchanted with manastones...but then about 2 weeks later his account lost all his items again.

I advise you to change your password to something difficult, run a Anti-Virus sweep on your computer along with a Spyware/Ad-Ware sweep.

Then lets see what a S[AM]/Alente has to say about it.
