well im sorry to say, alente most likely will spend his time socializing with other players rather than helping. i had this issue as well (in a way the same idea) and it took alente about a week to even look at my issue and offer me "suggestions" then about 4 days later AM edixoid had the kind heart to help me and fixed helped me fix my issue. now alente caused a problem with my legion and he still hasent fixed the issue. its been almost a month since this issue has happened and i get IGNORED. no professional assistance what so ever. i am honestly ashamed of his support. i have sent alente NUMEROUS messages, and pms in game. but all i see him doing is socializing with other players rather than doing his job and helping players who need help. im sorry to QQ, but this is the worst player assistance i have ever seen. soon i will be admin on my own server and gladly leaving gamez aion for the poor support from this so called "community manager" i appreciate all the staff for their help but as for alente, im sorry mate. disappointment overwhelms my thoughts of you friend. i have not yet heard a "sorry" from alente for any issue that has happened to me. poor poor poor support.
