Sincerly you the only one who care about players... others ignoring us. They told me ill get back the ABG acces bcoz i have records in history buy on site and after crash i lost them... well i think thats 2 months and still nothing xD. I lost 2bill too and they didnt care, and now 24euro for credits and got 0 =). But thats ok, from errors i learnt i wont donate again and wonte buy anymore from credit shop

 

I've informed staff about this. Waiting for answer.

The only trouble with that is, we need SS/chatlog/any evidence of this issue occuring at the time, and as it was 2 months ago, i doubt you have all that information.

If so then you should make a thread in the 'Problems' section, but without proof of the issue i doubt anything could be done.

I (and the staff) strive to ensure all player's problems are fixed and with player satifaction but without evidence/proof etc then unfortunatly, we cannot do anything
