Game crash when buy in personal shop

every time i wanne buy something in a personal shop the game crashes.

whats the problem?

 

Reports have come in that attempting to click on a Private Store which is attempting to sell Anuhart gear will cause the player trying to buy the item to DC.

Try having the player who is selling relog and start the store back up.

 

the other day happen me the same... i try to click on a private shop and get DC...

 

how can it be helpful when the seller will still sell the anuhart gear? is relogging an immediate solution? how about they'll just trade the anuhart?

 

Well alot of users have stated that the store will DC anyone who attempts to use it, so going from that the seller will not be able to sell anything because he/she will be DC'n all the buyers.

I had this problem when i was selling some Dyes on my GM char, all i did was 'Close' shop and re-open it and it worked.

This new issue about Anuhart gear DC'n people in private stores is something new and not all information has been gathered about it yet.

But if push comes to shove, trading would be just as simple yes, just make sure you SS/Vid your trade.

happens to me too, except with taha items instead of anu. can see anuharts just fine
