GM or Admins i nid some answers.. plss..

i fused my masta bow and abg bow.. it was success but wen i log-in in the nxt morning..i found out that the option of abg is gone and the masta bow option were left only bcoz masta bow is my target..and also the manastone of my abg armor is gone..

my question is...

can i get back the items that was lost if it is fixed or not ??

 

This happened to me too, i logged back on a day later and it was fixed

How weird, all i can suggest is to do the same, if nothing happens then bump this thread

 

Do you have proofs that you fused your Mastarius Longbow and ABG Longbow?

If you do post it up, let the AMs check and you might still get a refund

If not, i think the chances of you getting your item back are right next to 0% i'm afraid

Can u give me some more details about your lost item, like the history of the purchase, screenshots or the log when u fusing the weapons?

 

open your 'Aion/AionEU' folder (where your Gamez Launcher was installed) and there should be a notepad file named 'Chat'

Open that and search for the section about the fusion.

Paste that if possible and your purchase history.

Or at least PM Bryne with the information.

 

Go to your NCSoft Folder > Aion > Chat

so.. if i dont get my items..!! mybe i will stop playing until the abg is tradable.. bcoz my manastone crit +17 and bolvigz love and +15 abg are gone.. no wep left only masta bow... huhuhuh...

You can get a SS of your purchase history by going onto your USER CP on www.gamezaion.com and pressing 'Print Screen' on your history (that shows you purchasing the item) and then open 'Paint' and click 'Paste'.

Save the image and upload it to www.tinypic.com

You can do the same with your Chat Log, everyone has a Chat Log

 

But you're the only one who can help urself dear, try the guide of GM Sycth and i know u can do it
