I cant fly anywhere the others, why?

if ur in gamez, go into your aion folder, open system.ovr in notepad

and add

Code:

g_freefly = "1"

 

If not you can also fly by clicking the PAGE UP, then you must really be a problem in folders Aion ...

 

hi, i already have that write in my system.ovr and in fact i can fly without problems, i never had this problem, but my boyfriend has that wirte too and he can't fly anyway... and when he tries to change system.ovr file, he can't save it, dunno why... can someone help me? is there another way to fix the freefly issue? ty
ps: he can fly but he cannot go up and down... he just can go around <.<

Ok, log out of your client and open your 'System' file (.ovr) in your 'Aion' folder with Notepad and delete all the text in it and replace it with this;

g_chatlog = "1"
log_IncludeTime = "1"
log_Verbosity = "1"
log_FileVerbosity = "1"
g_open_aion_web = "0"
g_save_preset = "1"
g_auto_disconnect = "0"
g_freefly = "1"
ng_freefly = "1"

Then run as Admin

 

After running the game as admin i get messages This program is unavaible in your country.

funny thing is that i didint have any issues with flying until few days ago..

 

'Repair' your client and ensure that you are running as Admin and your language is set to 'English' in the NcSoft Launcher. Along with it being set to North America

 

Done done and done. I followed the guide about flying blablabla and nothing. i have re installed the game 4 times now.

 

Go into your L10N folder and change the name of a file from 2_enu to 1_enu.

See if that works

This program is unavailable in your country.

We only support the North American client. You must change your client REGION to NORTH AMERICA using the NCSoft launcher, then repair your game after doing that.

i repaired and also it updated the from 2.0.0.4 to 2.0.0.5 and this hapend, getting same thing even after repairing few times

The error being thrown back is a security permissions error.

1. If you have User Account Control (UAC) make sure you run as Administrator.

2. Add the Aion folder to any white/exception list on any Anti-virus/Malware programs you have.

3. Find the Aion install folder in Windows Explorer right-click select Properties then make sure the read-only is not ticked. If it asks you to apply to files and subfolders click Yes.

4. Restart your Computer.

gamez. and i didint have any issues with flying befor so rly i dont understand this hitted after i did get like 6 client crashes in row when starting the game and no more flying everything else works just fine
