According to what I am told by Alente. Some items have a "bonus" chance fo having an extra slot on them. I dunno how it works though.

it says random chance on the fifth one, but ive never seen any anuhart that has 5 slots. so weird.

Yeah like stated before their is a very rare chance that some equipment will have an extra slot. It is very random like the description says but a lot of them are capable of it.

 

OOOH i know how >.> website gear has the extra slot. u wont get it ingame, but website has it like 100%. same thing for mastarius "extra slot" always has 5, never 4

 

I bought a fenris jerkin and pants but no extra slot., My friend saw a 5slotted fenris too.. :C

never seen a 5 slot anu drop and ive done DP countless times think only website gear has the extra slot

 

Why would someone spend credits for that and sell it for "just" 250M?

 

I dunno lol. Like I said I have no idea what determines who is and who isn't. I just know that it happens sometimes.
