I did not get the medals!!!

I just got the two fortress in reshanta ( Siel and Miren ), I received e-mails, but they are empty, did not win the medals ...:annoyed:

Same here, it's because you logged off obviously before opening the mail. I disconnected about 30 seconds later, so mine are empty, I was also at both. But yeah :l Sucks, but I guess it's life.

 

not after the restart I did not log off, I logged so far.

and waiting for a response, just look in logs the GM.

 

due to the nature of medals (not being tradeable) if you DC/log off without checking your mail first, you would lose the medals. so after each siege be sure to check mail immediately

but if you do 2 forts one after the other you won't get medals, you have to, do a fort, get the medal, THEN go to the next fort.

 

I did not logoff, i'm expecting an answer, and i am loged in all time after restart!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IF YOU DO A FORT, AND GO DO ANOTHER FORT WITHOUT GETTING THE MEDAL FROM THE FIRST FORT, THE MAIL WILL BUG AND YOU WILL NOT GET THE MEDAL.

 

Do not talk nonsense, never did it, always got all the fort first, then the emails, the first time I have problems with this.:annoyed:

She's saying you can't do consecutive forts without getting the mail or it bugs. After each fort, you have to get the mail or else it may bug.

well it happen's, so next time, do one fort, get the medal then go to the next.

GMs can't do anything either...you got lucky up to a point, then had the misfortune of getting the bug. But now you know how to avoid it in the future.

 

use search, and you'll find your answer.
