    my aion is like.. double speed. i don't hack or anything, i've tried to relog but i don't know what to do to fix it? it's really annoying with fighting/steering and it seems that it's only for me because i was in town ALOT quicker than my friend. help please?

    Do you share your computer with anyone? Check if there's maybe a program running that speeds up your computer / programs.

    my character speed is 6 on my gladiator and it's still fast forwarded.

    this is my first aion server, never hacked, didnt use any hacks on other games either.

    Yeah, the chance is that your PC is having some program boost it. Or it's an issue with some setting within it.

    Uhm... Could you take a screenshot / log of all your running processes?

    I recently had this problem myself.

    I had to take three different steps to solve it.

    Step 1: Uninstall video drivers
    Step 2: Uninstall DirectX (Absolute pain in the ass without reformatting the PC btw)
    Step 3: Reinstall DirectX Followed by Video Drivers.

    what had happened for me was one of my DirectX Drivers had corrupted.

    wow that wierd.... but i am sure you must have a quad core processor or duo, on your pc/laptop and somehow your cores are not splitting the usage properly and it seems like all the processing is being done on only ONE of your cores. Try dling a program that detects your systems cpu usage.

    Edit: NVM glad the problem is solved :tongue:

    Yeah, I have a dual core processor in mine. I had also noticed that my Windows Clock was acting weird when I had my problem too. It'd speed the seconds up incredibly fast, ticking two even three seconds in one actual second.

    :( GOD. i can't level my other chars now because people will be like.. OMGSPEEDHACKER. other seem to be speed up too, but they're still alot slower than i am. aion worked fine before.
