    okay, so i have like, no idea how to uninstall it. i found a program but it says it might make my system unoperable.. i dont want to kill my computer or anything. :/

    Im 90% sure that its your CPU cores not functioning properly. I kno this cuz i used to do it on my old PC ( by turning off the other 3 cores and only letting one core run, you start to speed hax :p ) used to do it in an old game called Knights Online. But yeah just tell you stepdad to also check if the cores are running properly. GL, hope u wont have to bring it to a repair shop, THEY WILL EAT YOUR MONEY AWAY.
