Donation Items Poofed

Hey, so last night I donated for an EAT set, and some more things. I played for 2 hours or so with no problems and then I went to bed. Woke up this morning, started Aion up and now the EAT boots are gone.

Here's some screens of me having them, and then when I woke up this morning to see that they aren't there.

I also put this in a forum section where people can reply because I want to ask how to get my purchase history? (I know it's in website, little more specific please)

This is very frustrating, and I hope it gets resolved soon.

the history is on the same page as the list of items from which u choose to buy stuff. check at the top xD

I will be uploading the history page as soon as I find out how. If a Senior GM could check it, that would be awesome too, lol.

And if any GM's read this, if you could kindly notify a HGM too please.

 

Just hit prt sc. on your history page. Then goto paint, and hit CTRL+ V, it'll paste the page, then just save it, upload it to an image hosting place, upload it here. ^^

Also, when you get all the info you need uploaded, send Edi a pm with a link to this thread, he's been helping lots of people lately with missing items, so it'll help to get attention cause he might not find it among all the other things he has to check

Last bump before I go eat.

I'll come back with my fingers crossed in hopes of a reply from a SAM, HGM, or the community manager.

Edit: I'll also be chillen in game.

 

Suppose I'll bump this for the last time today, and try my luck again tomorrow.

 

This is one of the reasons why I never donate, to avoid problems like this.

Crap you got me, yeah I'm broke and... wait no even if I had plenty of money to waste, I wouldn't donate to get stuff some other people can't get in normal ways
