Lumiel - Dye and Godstone

Hello, good evening.

Let's go direct to the point.

Yestarday, I donated for my credits and bought a couple of true black / white dyes and Bollvigs Love Godstone (see the item history screenshot below).

I receive them and use it in my Anuhart Set (black / white dyes) and the godstone into my Mastarius Greatsword. So, after a couple hours of play, I just relog to character change and the server crash. I had to quit the game and enter again.

When I come back my stuff was with default color and the godstone has gone from my greatsword.

I dont have any screenshots of me putting the godstone or dyeing the set. I couldn't imagine that something like this would happen.

My character is Leinhart in Lumiel and I await an GM reply soon.

Now I just make a test buying a Event Dye True White and use on my Anuhart Set and this works. I relog and it's allright, my stuff is pale white.

However, I ask to regain my credit lost or the itens back, especilly the godstone.

same here... just tested it.. after relog godstones, manastones, dyes will gone.

 

I am afraid that there are 100's of people with similar problems... every day there are new posts of people complaining that they lost stuff (please note that some of those complaints may be false, so issues like this need investigation (you need decent prove that confirms that your story is true)...), but sadly i hardly see that those people are actually being helped :unsure:

It's a fact, there's a lot of threads like this and almost all of them not solved.

I don't wanna lost so many credits for nothing. I payed for it.

Anyway, still waiting and hopefully some GM do something.

Just be patient they will help you as soon as they can patience can go a long ways.

 

These happened to me to, yesterday, i bought the event black dye, but when i relogged, my armor went back to its normal color...can i get my 100 credits back? my characters name is Gabbranth in Siel Server.... GM pls help me too..thanks!! ive posted about these yesterday but no reply from GM...T_T

 

I think it's a common game problem to everyone.

I'm sincerilly surprised about de GM's neglect and fault of effective action about these thread.

A simple issue like this one seems to be so hard to solve.

I still cannot understand and hope to regain my stuff soon.

We help de server making donations and using the voting system and when we're able to enjoy the rewards the minimal staff support would be welcome.

For now, I'm very disappointed.
