my cool swimsuit is gone

omg!! Gm pls help me...i was disconnected in the server earlier...but before it happened i just had my Cool Swimsuit which i bought.. and i did remodel it with ABG breastplate and was a success..i got my cool swimsuit look..

after the disconnection when i logged in... my ABG breastplate was back to its previously remodeled with mad scientist and the cool swimsuit was gone in an instant!!

can u get back my cool swimsuit if possible... i maybe dont have proofs..but u can check it on my inventory earlier if its possible..

theres lot of issue like that and there item never get back i hope your swim suit will be refund free bump ...

If you bought this through the credit shop, then their is an item shop history where it logs everything bought through it. Just screenshot that and post it in this thread. You can get there by going to USER CP > ADD ITEMS > SERVER > CHARACTER> And next to your CREDITS should be a button labeled History. Click on that.

A Senior Gamez GM should be able to help you from there.

 

Aw lost your cool swimsuit? Happened to me a couple days ago
You can never tell when youre going to dc.. best thing to do after a remodle is log out and back in to successfully save.

Like i've been saying to other people, just be patient and a senior GM will refund you if you have proof.. Good luck

can u close this thread for me...? recently i bought a new cool swimsuit from a seller..hope it wont disapper again... if GMs would refund me then it will be better..atleast i will have justice...750 credits is already a huge amount for me...voted for days is not that easy...ive provided evidences as much as i can...i know some experience the same problem as mine..may all this bugs be fixed... and lets enjoy the game to its fullest!! thank you very much to all GM who respond to this thread...
