starting up

After launching the Gamezaion launcher and hitting Start, it sticks at the aion splash screen for 5-10 minutes, then the splash screen disapears and nothing happens.

Run the client using NCsoft Launcher after running a repair. The launcher will automatically fix everything that may be broken to it.

 

Crop broke it.

But follow his method and you'll most likely fix. If that doesn't work install the new gamezlauncher from the website, make sure you are running as administrator if you're on XP/vista/7

 

i tried reinstalling the launcher from the downloads section of the webpage, and tried admin, ill run the fix now with crossed fingers, thanks

ALso, if i have to reinstall is there a way to move the patch so i dont have to download it again? like save it somewhere else then move it into the new aion folder?

I understand your doubts, but i have done this before and i hope you can trust me to gain control.

You can watch every move i do, chat to me and if at any point you think i am doing something that you dont like, you can terminate the access.
