lesser supplements can be found in the remodel area and are sold by the remodel NPC, for standard and greaters u need to go to the forts in Gelk, and make it through the mobs trying to kill you to get to the NPCs there

but the npc is not der

 

try the souther fort in Gelkmaros if you want greaters, though ull probably need a party with a healer in order to get past the elite baleur mobs
