Replacement GM's

Maybe it's so first I would just like to know from other players, What do you guys think of these GM's, are they of any help at all?...

It's been 10 days now since i have had a problem, I have been trying to get a GM to assist me, most of the time no GM's are online, and when they are just stay silent, i try not to spam them so i'll PM one of them and say what the problem is wait 10-15 try again wait, an this will go on for hours no answer.

And i of to say the one name Taelek and Taelak he should in no way be a GM, this guys in just bad for the games server.

That's all I have to say for now, please let me know what you guys think...

 

And what makes Taelek so terrible? He seems rather decent to me.

First of all, if your problem requires item replacement, myself or taelak won't be much help anyways. So pointing the finger at one specific GM is not necessary..

 

In the 10 days I have problems for, I play for like 3-6 hours a day, In all that time he has been online the most of all the GM's i still have had 1 reply from this guy, In 10 days, i'v tryed talking to him over 30 times, and like i said before I don't spam.... so why am i not able to get a answer??

In my specific case, you can read in my signature, Taelek was one whom I requested assistance from. No response, and he shortly preceded to log off shortly after. I asked for help once, nicely. However, he's not the one that pissed me off.

Another GM who I asked for help with recently, started with R, don't recall the name, REPLIED to me asking how to help. I told the situation, asked nicely, didn't spam at all, come to find out HE LOGGED off a few minutes after without even a response.

Completely worthless. I am a donator. I have money I can toss at a game for entertainment, budget is unlimited. However, this has put a bad taste in my mouth, and the likelihood of another donation is minimal given past performance to remedy the situation. It's not the loss that pisses me off so much so much as the principle. It has to be a two way street.

I've sent PM's to the top people on the forum, and to in game GM's. What more is expected? I'm not spamming anyone, but venting slightly openly on the forum for related topics.

 

we have same problem about the Gm but we have Different way of talking to GM first

have you read the rules respect the GM or Staff here how could they listen if you your self cant see
are talking to Gm taelek without knowing your limitations...they are busy your not only the Players here we have Lot here almost thousands and i guest your are just one of us looking for a quesition dn quick asnwer////any way GOOD luck to you

 

What is wrong and how can I help you? If you are trying to PM him in game, and if he is the ONLY GM online, He is getting PM bombed so he probably missed your problem. If you PM'd him on the forums and he doesn't respond then it is a different story. Try another GM, Like myself or someone to help you better..

Again, Please stop pointing the finger at one specific GM because he missed or did not answer your PM.

I think the GM's are really doing their best in solving problems.Be patient and dont point fingers!

Closed. Make a report post. Blaming GM's saying they don't do dilly squat for something they can't even do is unacceptable.
