Fused Item disappearance

Hello GMs and fellow players, I recently bought a Mastarius and an ABG polearm from your credit rewards and I have just logged in after fusing them together and the ABG polearm is no longer fused to my Mastarius polearm and is not in my inventory at all. Please help me as soon as possible, its sort of weak that I just donated to lose what I donated for.

See screen shots for evidence, I'm sorry that i didnt take a screenshot of the fused items together, but then again I hadnt planned for this to happen. It just bites that I had it fully socketed with manastones.

Do you have a SS of the fusing moment?

 

You might want to post a screenshot of you with an open pet bag, your full inventory, and open warehouse. Just so it's obvious you don't have the item.

good idea, and no i do not have a SS of when it was fused, though various legion mates can vouch for it as I linked it numerous times, though I do not know how much clout that will give me, and here is a SS of my Wharehouse open, I do not have a pet that can hold items....didnt even know they existed and now I will have to look into it.

SS of all my inventory opened, I only have 1 more row past what you see in the wharehouse and that is also empty as well as I have no need to expand the wharehouse....please don't lulz at my poorness either x.x

Thank you, and I would have a SS, but I didn't think to take one, I rarely ever take SS, only reason I took these is because of what happened.

 

Got ahold of a GM in game...told me to make a topic, replied I'd already done so but no-higher ups had responded, GM said to wait till they see this petition. Looked down below and saw more people with authority have at least gandered at this thread so now I wonder what's up?

Your account security is at risk if u show ur account name in the screen shots. Edit them so they do not display the account name and only pm that info to an AM if requested to do so.

You might want to get an SS of your purchase history as some extra proof.

 

Theres a SS of the history in the original post, though edited per your advice, but it is of my history none the less, I could take an updated one and post it if that would make any difference.

I'm coming to find out that when enchanting gear, or fusing, or adding a godstone, first screenshot before and after, and then log off to save the data quickly as the latest. Hopefully that logging off after a successful activity will prevent loss.
